What Counts as a PR?

A personal record can be:

  • Heaviest weight lifted
  • Most reps completed
  • Highest volume in a session
  • Longest workout duration

Logging Your PRs

The Training app automatically tracks PRs when you log sessions. You can also manually mark achievements.

Viewing Your History

See all your PRs in one place:

  • By exercise
  • By date
  • By category

Setting New Goals

Use your PRs to set new goals. Aim to beat your previous best, but be realistic about timelines.
